My name is Kimberley Vanvaeck, and at the moment of writing (or updating rather) I'm 24 years old. I live mostly in Belgium, Brussels, but sometimes I still go home to the town where I was raised, near Mechlin. I do however plan on moving to Brussels permanently.

I've recently graduated as a Master of Industrial Sciences (Industrial Engineer) in Electronics-ICT. Before that, I also did a Bachelor in Applied Computer Sciences. Now I work as an advisor in IT, at Erasmushogeschool Brussel. I've been interested in computers since I was very young, and nowadays I mainly focus on networking.

During my student years I've been a student representative in the department council and the board of governors of my college - also Erasmushogeschool Brussel - and during my final year I was president of the student council, so if you're currently a student at this college and have any questions about being a student representative, how to apply or anything, feel free to ask.

In my free time I enjoy listening to music, partying, taking care of my corn snake Ringo, travelling and also horse riding, although the last thing is something I don't do as frequently anymore as when I was younger (when we owned our own horses). It is however a very nice way to explore a country when travelling. Sports I currently practice are fitness (just cardio) and pilates.
